CRATER CARE

This service can be purchased only with a purchase of a vaporizer. This service extends your warranty by one year, so your product will receive an extra 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. With the purchase of this plan, customers are only responsible for the return postage and we will do the rest. This will cover for an extra year - after the standard warranty expired –  items like batteries, general malfunction, power surges and other common problems. 1 Extra Year Coverage = £29 - Exceptions: There are a few but all are within reason. Physical damage due to misuse and water damage is not covered in the plan. Your unit must be returned to us and the order date and number must be provided. Please note this warranty is for coverage of vaporizers and cannot be applied to purchases of accessory items. This warranty must be purchased at the time of the vaporizer purchase.
